Our Clinic's Policies

Appointment Policy
Please phone to make an appointment for your pet to be seen at a convenient time for you. If you do not make an appointment we cannot guarantee we can see your pet immediately. In the event of an emergency, you do not need to phone ahead, although it can help us prepare for your arrival if someone is available to phone us and let us know you are on your way. Emergency cases will always receive priority over non-urgent patients with booked appointments.
Patient arrivals
For your pet’s safety, we require that all cats must arrive in a secure carry cage and dogs must be on a leash and controlled at all times. Pets such as birds, rats etc must also be safely secured in a cage or box.
